About Me

 Madison Lawson is an award-winning short story author who writes novels full of suspense, social commentary, diverse characters, and complex relationships. And lots of murder. And now sex. The dog NEVER dies, though. Her debut sci-fi thriller, The Registration, and its sequel, The Registration Rewritten, were picked up for a film adaptation by Sony Pictures.

Madison is represented by the Seymour Agency. She received her B.A. in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Texas A&M University and her M.A. in Literature from North Carolina State University. 

Growing up in a small Texas town, Madison began exploring through the pages of books as soon as she could read. As her curiosity expanded, she began writing, reading, and traveling to discover the world, make new ones, and understand her own a bit better.

Madison currently resides in Texas with her dog, Teddy Lupin.
